How to report

To report any content or conduct on Alurious that you believe is illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, or otherwise violates our rules, email abuse@alurious.com. Please include what you saw or heard, when, and how to reach you. You may report anonymously, though we may not be able to follow up.

What we do with a report

We acknowledge reports promptly and review each one.
Illegal content (including anything involving minors) is removed or disabled immediately, preserved as required by law, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement.
Every other report is investigated and resolved, with the outcome sent to the reporter, within 7 business days.

Likeness and appeals

All characters, images, and voices on Alurious are entirely AI-generated and fictional. If you believe any content resembles you or another real person, or uses a real person's likeness or voice without consent, email abuse@alurious.com. We will review it and remove it where appropriate. If you disagree with a decision, reply to our response and a second reviewer will reconsider it.

Anti-trafficking and abuse policy

Alurious has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, human trafficking, coercion, and non-consensual sexual content depicting real people. Our companions do not generate such content, do not help arrange or advertise sexual services, and do not facilitate meeting anyone in person. Users who attempt it are blocked and their accounts closed. Our marketing and search terms never suggest minors, coercion, or non-consensual conduct.

If you suspect trafficking or a child is in danger, contact local emergency services, the National Human Trafficking Hotline (1-888-373-7888), or the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org).
